Before we start the tutorial be sure to have a nice image ready.High Quality pictures work the best but if you don't have one try a normal quality image out.The base I cropped myself is of the lovely Miley Cyrus.You can use the same image if you want it doesn't bother me.So anyway once your done cropping your base should look something like this: .It's nice and smooth but a little plain don't you think?

I sharpened my image so you notice a lot of details.I think it looks better this way but it's not really important step in the tutorial.Skip it if you hate sharpening and that's okay but I really do like it.

To make our image brighter duplicate your base and set it to Screen40%. Now it looks a bit brighter but it depends on your image!It's important to test different things out for different images.

Now make a new fill layer and fill it with f2a990.Set the layer to Luminosity at 30%.Now your image looks more livelike and gorgeous!Miley definately looks fabulous with all these colors splashing around.

I used another color fill layer but with 6e98c4 this time.Set it to Screen at 20%.Ohno.Now our image is too bright.Dont worry we'll fix that in the next step!

Okay make a Brigtness/contrast layer.Make the brightness -12 and the contrast 35.Miley looks so gorgeous now!The only thing is that its a little too bright but thank goodness photoshop is so great with photo editing!

Make a curves layer and make your image a little darker.My settings were on RGB:output:121 and input:145.Look it looks so nice and smooth and wow we're all done!If you have any questions please ask i love questions!Also comment and tell me what you think I worked very hard on this result.thank you.
